Dr. Oren Mechanic is a seasoned physician leader dedicated to advancing healthcare and medicine through innovation, technology, and research. He has extensive experience in leading healthtech initiatives, improving clinical workflows, and ensuring quality and safety in healthcare delivery.
In his private practice, Dr. Mechanic uses the latest advanced diagnostic labs, technology, and imaging to longitudinally care for his patients, with a focus on cardiometabolic and preventive care. He is mentored by renowned cardiologist, Dr. Arthur Agatston, developer of the calcium score (Agatston Score), author of The South Beach Diet, and pioneer of Healthy Aging.

Oren J Mechanic, MD, MPH, MBA is a recognized thought leader, educator, and doctor, having previously served as core faculty for clinical skills at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Mechanic is actively engaged in research, and is an associate professor of medical education, emergency medicine, and critical care.
He lives in Miami, Florida with his wife, a cardiologist, and daughters. He also works clinically at Mount Sinai Medical Center Emergency in Miami Beach.
